Fullscreen, brightness, wake lock, OLED/LCD
- Browser fullscreen hides browser chrome so more of the panel is light. It does not increase the panel’s maximum nits by itself.
- In-page brightness (Instant White’s slider) mixes the chosen color toward black in software. It cannot exceed what the OS and panel allow.
- Device / OS brightness is usually the larger lever for real-world light output. Raise system brightness for maximum lamp use.
